Where competitors use 0.35 mm steel, ERSE uses 0.27 mm grain-oriented silicon steel, a 30% reduction that significantly cuts eddy currents, FM distortion, and THD. A special annealing process further optimizes the grain cell structure. Wound with high-purity OFC copper on custom molded high-temp bobbins with built-in mounting spacers.
