Sonically superior magnetic core coil

Micro-thin grain-oriented low-loss steel is stamped to a unique shape that fine-tunes the flux field, then annealed to preserve its crystalline grain structure. Cores are hand-stacked to an exact sheet count and over-molded in high-temperature polycarbonate, a process 100× stronger than varnish that virtually eliminates FM distortion.
